Irving Collard was born in Oakland, Iowa, Jan. 14, 1882, and was married to Ora M. White in Iowa on December 23, 1903. They farmed in Iowa for several years before moving to Colorado in 1910 where they raised cattle. He retired because of ill health in 1924, and they moved to Nampa, Idaho. From 1946 to 1954 they lived at Camdenton, MO, and returned to Idaho to make their home in Boise. He was a member of the First Congregational Church.
In addition to his widow, he is survived by three sons, Irving Ray and Royal Everly, both of Boise, and Frank C. Cloverdale, CA; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
