Gary V. Bryant, 60, of Amelia, VA, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 13, 2014. He was preceded in death by his mother, Doris Maxey Bryant. Gary is survived by his three children, Nicole Bryant Hibbs of Amelia, Daniel V. Bryant and Joshua P. Bryant, both of Crewe; his father, Claud Bryant (Marlene) of Amelia; two grandchildren, Rebekah and J. Konner Hibbs of Amelia; a brother, Barty Bryant (Anne); and a nephew, Matthew Bryant, all of Richmond. Memorial services will be held 7 p.m., Friday, March 21, 2014, followed by visitation at the Joseph McMillian Funeral Home, 1826 Cox Rd. (Bus. Hwy. 460), near Blackstone.
