She was born Nov. 6, 1856 at Valdris, Norway. She grew to womanhood in Norway & was married there in May, 1876 to Svyer K. Aaberg, who died June 13, 1908. Mr. & Mrs. Aaberg came to America in 1879, settling on a farm in Gilchrist township where they resided for 3 years. In 1882 they moved to a farm in Langhei which they bought. Mrs. Aaberg came to Starbuck to make her home in 1920 and lived here ever since.
She is survived by 5 children, Mrs. Lars Hanson, Hans Aaberg, Syver Aaberg, Knudt Aaberg & Bennie Aaberg. Two sisters, Mrs. Mary Anderson & Mrs. Bessie Wiengartner of Minneapolis & brother Iver Revling of Blue Mounds, also survive her.
