Juanita Ferguson

Juanita Ferguson, 92, of Waco died March 19, 1999. Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, March 20 at First Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Todd Green and Dr. James Ansley officiating. Burial will be at Waco Memorial Park.

Mrs. Ferguson was born on June 5, 1906, in Navarro County near Kerens, the daughter of Frank and Bennie Massey. Both Corsicana and Belton were home to the Ferguson family before they moved to Waco in 1955. In Waco, Mrs. Ferguson was a very active member of the First Presbyterian Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert.

She is survived by a son, Bill Ferguson and his wife, Susan of Waco; a daughter, Carolyn Chastain and her husband, Jack of Angleton; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. Lorraine Ansley of Fort Worth and Mrs. Jane Coleman of Trinidad.

Pallbearers will be Scott Ferguson, Kenneth Ferguson, Dr. Jay Chastain, Bryan Chastain, Roger Thiele and Donald Keltner.

The family requests that memorials be made to the Golden Memory Memorial Fund at the First Presbyterian Church.
