Marie C. Lilly (Age 89)
Of Vienna, VA, died Monday 7 July, 2014 at Cliff Nursing Center after a long illness. Born October 14, 1924 in Hoboken, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Margaret and Gustav Christiansen.
Ms. Lilly retired from the Army Material Command in Alexandria, VA. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 64 years, James G. Lilly and a son James E. Lilly. Survived by two daughters, Margaret Engstrom (John Douglas) of Dumfries, VA, Nancy Richey (Stephen) of Vienna, VA; son Aanen Lilly of Culver, AL; daughter-in-law Marian Lilly of Lorton, VA; a brother Edward Christiansen of Kensington, MD, nine grand children and 21 great-grandchildren. Memorial service and internment will be held at Quantico National Cemetery at 1 p.m. on August 8, 2014
