Mrs. Witherspoon was a homemaker and a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church, where she was a former Sunday school teacher and member of the Willing Workers SS Class.
SURVIVORS: Four children, two grandchildren, brother, two sisters.
PRECEDED IN DEATH BY: In addition to her parents, her husband, J.R. Witherspoon, in 1996; a brother, Mack Alexander
