Nancy Lynne Purnell, 55, of Bloomington, formerly of Rochester and Minier, died Monday at her residence.
She was born July 3, 1941, in Springfield, the daughter of Loren and Margaret Kienzle Grannis.
She married Frank Purnell in 1961. Mrs. Purnell had formerly worked for the state and Illinois State University, Normal, in the parking division.
Survivors: husband, Frank; a daughter; a son; two grandchildren; mother, Margaret Grannis of Des Moines, Iowa; and two sisters, Susan Grannis of Springfield and Janet Grannis of Des Moines, Iowa.
Graveside services: Roselawn Cemetery.
