ROBBINS -- Mrs. Mildred Lambert Latta, 77, of Robbins, died Tuesday in FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst.

Mrs. Latta was a homemaker. She was a member of Acorn Ridge Baptist Church.

The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Acorn Ridge Baptist Church by the Rev. John Williamson. Burial will be in Pine Rest Cemetery.

Mrs. Latta is survived by four daughters, Patsy L. Howell of Meadows, Susan Cox of Elon and Karen Brown and Regina Bruner, both of Robbins; two sons, Donald J. Latta of Asheville and Jay Latta of Charlotte; six sisters, Blanche L. Kennedy of Carthage, Mozelle Comer of Lexington, Aileen L. Jones of Black Mountain, Delores Garner of Robbins, Frances L. Stuart of Siler City and Louise Martin of Monroe; three brothers, Wayne Lambert of Asheboro, Richard Lambert of High Point and Herbert Lambert of Robbins; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends tonight from 6 to 8 at Kennedy Funeral Home in Robbins and at other times at the home of Karen Brown, 857 Leamon Road.
