MRS. JAMES BURCH CLEMENTS, 78, died Saturday at her home. She was the former Lelan Thomas and a retired hairdresser. Survivors include a son, J. T. Clements of Detroit; four daughters, Mrs. Joan Culpepper of Columbus, Ga., Mrs. Shirley Wilt of Chattanooga, Tenn., Miss Patricia Clements and Mrs. Dolores Haag; a sister, Mrs. Helen Franklin of Lanesville, Ind.; 12 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 501 Cherrywood Road, with burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation at Ratterman's, 3711 Lexington Road, will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday and from 1 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday. The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Hospice of Louisville or Mass of the Air
