Anne Irene Fennel (Fennell) was the daughter of Logan Phillip Fennel (1852-1911) and Naomi Laughlin (1851-).

She married David Lewis McClintock on 15 Jun 1892 in Steubenville, Ohio. Annie and David McClintock had the following children:

Emma Viola (1893-1948);
William Arthur (1895-1931);
Anne Irene (1898-1967);
Mary L. (1900-1903);
David Lewis (1902-1975);
Harry Elmer (1905-1945).

Her husband David Lewis was employed by Pennsylvania Railroad as a brakeman and was killed in a railroad accident on Mar 13, 1905. He was buried in Homewood Cemetery, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania near his father.

Annie again married Elmer E. Houtz (1867-1916)about 1911 and together they had a daughter:

Elsie M. Houtz (1913-1923).

She resided with her daughter Emma upon her death in 1940.
