From Contributor Marianne:The information for Victor's memorial came from his obituary which was published in the Punxsutawney Spirit.

It states he was the son of Henry M. Wineberg and Vada McGee. He was the brother of Donald Wineberg of Linesville;& Mrs. Trelba Kerr of Akron,they survived him along with his wife (who is not named ) and 2 children and a step child. He worked in the Ford Motor Company factory in Bedford,Ohio.
