A death of great sadness is that of the youngest daughter of Mr & Mrs. T.J. Parker at the age of 13 years. which took place at the Medicine Hat hospital, December 2, Ada was suddenly taken sick a week ago and different complications set in, to which she succumbed. She was an exceptionally happy and bright young girl and beloved by all who knew her. Universal regret and deepest sympathy was plainly visible as the sad news was made known around town and district, where she spent her childhood and school days. Her funeral service was held in the United church , December 4 and was the largest in attendance ever held in Winnifred. Elder Ryan of Calgary conducted the services assisted by Rev. A. J. Rayner. The remains were laid to rest in the Oddfellows cemetery. The entire community sympathises with Mr. and Mrs. Parker in the loss of their beloved daughter. In addition three brother and two sisters mourn her loss. Appreciation--Mr. and Mrs. T.L. Parker wish to thank all kind friends for flowers and help, both during the illness and funeral of their beloved daughter. Thanks are also extended for the use of cars and all who so kindly assisted in the last sad rites.
