Mrs. Charles Mounce, 52 years old, died this morning at 2:30 o'clock at the home three and one-half miles west of Miami. She is survived by her husband, Charles H. Mounce, Sr., two sons, Charles H. Mounce, Jr., of Los Angeles, and Albert Hayes of Baxter Springs, Kas., a daughter, Mrs. Billie Lorraine (Hayes) Loudenback of Wichita, Kas., three brothers, J.L. Moxley of Miami, J.W. Moxley of Plattsburg, Mo., and H.M. Moxley of Tulsa, and two sisters, Mrs. A.C. Vance of Tulsa and Mrs. Edna Mays of Afton. Mrs. Mounce had been ill for several months.
Funeral services will be held at the Baptist church at 2:30 o'clock Friday afternoon. The Rev. W.W. Chancellor will officiate.
Pallbearers will be John Lucky, Olin Spoonhour, Charles Alexander, John Renfrow, Harry Wilbur, and Dee Watters.
Burial will be in GAR cemetery. Cooper Undertaking company will have charge.
