The Harbour Cemetery is a small fenced plot of land located in the Providence Community (Caswell)with only two graves...George W. Harbour and his little daughter, Mary, born 6 Mar 1860, died 25 Oct 1865. The land on which this cemetery is located was owned at the time by George's uncle, Elijah Harbour. Elijah deeded the land to George's widow. The land has now passed out of the Harbour family.

Abstract from an article written by Willma Humphreys-Newton, Genealogy Researcher, Calhoun Co, AR. in 1975 and published in the SOUTH ARKANSAS ACCENT newspaper, Hampton, AR:

"George W. Harbour was ambushed and killed on a moonlight night in the neighborhood of Double Springs Cemetery as he was returning from Federal Army Headquarters, Pine Bluff, AR. He was a courier for the Federal Army. He first joined the Confederate Army, but deserted and joined the Federals."
