Millicent M. (Gemmer) Bernhardt of Kingfisher, Ok., was born July 26, 1927, in Ong, Neb., to Rudolph and Thelma Hamberger-Gemmer.
She received a bachelor of Science degree from Union College in Lincoln, Neb., and married Alfred Bernhardt on Sept. 7, 1950, in Lincoln.
Millicent died June 17, 2014, at Mercy Hospital Kingfisher.
Survivors include four sons, Alfred G. Bernhardt and wife Karen, and Jim Bernhardt and Starla, and Merle Bernhardt and Holly, and Leslie Bernhardt; seven grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred.
Funeral services were held at the Okeene Seventh Day Adventist Church with Pastor David Miller officiating. Burial followed at Altona Cemetery in Omega under direction of Sanders Funeral Service in Kingfisher.
