Mrs. Robert (Tillie) Petska, 77, of 729 S. 28th St., Manitowoc formerly of Kellnersville, died Saturday morning at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 9:45 a.m. Tuesday at Saur Funeral Home and 10 a.m. st St. Joseph Catholic Church, Kellnersville. The Rt. Rev. Msgr. Alfred A. Schneider will officiate with burial in the parish cemetery.
Mrs. Petska, nee Tillie Novy, was born July 11, 1898, in the Town of Franklin, daughter of thew late Joseph and Katherine Oswald Novy. She was married to Robert Petska June 16, 1919, at St. Joseph Church, Kellnersville. The couple farmed in the Town of Franklin until 1950, when they moved to Kellnersville, where they lived until Mr. Petska's death Sept. 6, 1975. She was a member of the Rosary Society of St. Joseph Church.
Survivors include three sons, Victor and Harvey J., of Manitowoc and Joseph, of Larrabee; a daughter, Mrs. Raymond (Helen) Naidl, of Manitowoc; two brothers, Victor Novy Sr., of Branch and Arthur Novy, of Salem, Ore.; a sister,
Mrs. Clara Schenian, of Francis Creek, 15 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. An infant daughter, two brothers three sisters and a grandson preceded her in death.
Friends may call at Saur Funeral Home after 4 p.m. Monday and Tuesday until the time of service. A wake service will be at 7:30 p.m. Monday by Msgr. Schneider and Rosary at 8:15 p.m. by the Rosary Society.
