The death cert states burial was at the South End cemetery in Hillsville.
UPDATE 2018:
In 2018, Chuck Vaughan researched the death certificate for me and located a living nephew of the original undertaker that was listed on the death certificate. According to the nephew, the Wilkinson Cemetery was the old South End Cemetery. The nephew stated that his uncle's old burial records were given to Vaughan Guynn decades ago, but Vaughan Guynn appears to have lost them as they cannot find them now. So the unmarked graves of Mary Catherine Vaughan Pickett and James Henderson Pickett, and perhaps others, are lost in time, somewhere in the Wilkinson Cemetery.
