Age 26 of St. Paul Park Died July 28, 2014 as a result of injuries sustained at work. Survived by parents, Patricia (Tim) Grover and Daniel (Joni) Binman; siblings, Aaron Binman, Demetria Binman and Brantley Roedler; fiancée, Ashley Rageth and numerous aunts, uncles, close friends and union brothers. Graduate of Park High School in 2006 and a member of the IBEW Local 160 Linesman Union. A celebration of Brett's life will be 1:00 pm Saturday, August 2nd at Kok Funeral Home, 1201 Portland Ave., St. Paul Park. Visitation 4:00-8:00 pm Friday, August 1st at the funeral home and also one hour prior. Interment will be in Cottage Grove Cemetery.

Brett D. Binman, age 26 of St. Paul Park, died July 28, 2014 as a result of injuries sustained at work.

A celebration of Brett's life will be 1:00 pm Saturday, August 2, 2014 at Kok Funeral Home, 1201 Portland Ave., St. Paul Park. Visitation will be 4:00-8:00 pm Friday, August 1st at the funeral home and also for one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in the Cottage Grove Cemetery.

Brett Daniel Binman was born October 3, 1987 in St. Paul, Minnesota to Daniel and Patricia (Jackson) Binman. He grew up in the St. Paul Park area and graduated from Park High School in 2006. Brett went on to attend the University of Michigan and received his Associates Degree in Electric Lineman Technology.

Brett was a Harley Davidson enthusiast and a devoted friend with a contagious smile that would light up any room. Those around him knew he was full of life and a hard worker. He was recently engaged to the love of his life, Ashley Rageth. Together they had remodeled the house that they recently moved into. Brett was a proud member of the IBEW Local 160 union and made some good friends with those he worked with. A great son, brother and friend to many…he will be truly missed.

He is survived by his parents, Patricia (Tim) Grover and Daniel (Joni) Binman; siblings, Aaron Binman, Demetria Binman and Brantley Roedler; fiancé, Ashley Rageth and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, close friends and union brothers. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Robert and Niki Jackson and Arliss Binman.

Casketbearers will be Daniel and Aaron Binman, Tim Grover, Casey Castillo, Lucas Majerus and Randy Siegert.
