Henry Cleveland Franks, "Bud" 84, of Loma Rica died October 24, 2009 at Rideout Memorial Hospital. He was born in Whitefield, Oklahoma, coming out to California in late 1930's where he became a heavy equipment operator. In 1962 Bud joined Operating Engineers and retired with Guy F. Atkinson in 1990.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, two sons, two daughters, 18 grand-children, and 30 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son Lance Franks. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, October 31, 2009 at 11:00am at New Beginnings Church, 616 "C" St. Marysville, CA.
