PROMINENT OREGON CITY RESIDENT PASSES AWAY IN THIS CITY

Frank Jaggar, who had been a prominent resident of Oregon City for a number of years, died in this city Saturday.

He was born in Bonaparte, Ia., in 1857 and came to Oregon with his parents in 1872. In 1885 he was married to Janette Roberts, who survives him.

Mr. Jaggar served as a County Commissioner and Representative in the Legislature from Clackamas County. He was formerly owner of half of the Stevens building property in this city, which he recently sold.

Besides his widow, four sons and two daughters survive him---Louis, Cora, Clyde, Alfred,, Florence and Reed Jaggar. He is also survived by two sisters---Mrs. Olive Day and Mrs. Minnie Jaggar Vonderahe, of Hood River.

Funeral services will be held today in Oregon City from the Elks' Temple.
