Death Summons Aged Resident of Etzikom

ETZIKOM, April 15.— William Jacob Traxtler died on Friday evening at 730. Mr. Traxler had been getting very feeble of late. He was 77 years of age and bad been in the district for 17 years. He leaves a wife and 10 children — two sons and five daughters. In the U.S.A. Leo Traxler, a son, an elevator operator at Arrowwood, arrived with his wife and family on Friday about two hours before the death. Mrs. Lorney Fetter of Lethbridgo had arrived on the Tuesday previous. Mrs. Fetter is one of the daughters living in Canada. There are 10 children living. 25 grandchildren and three great-grand children. The couple had been married 57 years.

The funeral took place from Ihe I. O. O.F. Hall, Etzikom, to the Etzikom cemetery and was conducted by Jas. Sergeant, who performed the burial ceremony.

Mr. L. Fetter arrived on Monday night; also John Traxler from U.S.A. They were here in time for the funeral.
