Midvale - Mrs. Angelina Lodich Markus, 76, widow of George Markus, Sr., died Tuesday midnight at her home in Midvale of a heart ailment.
Mrs. Markus was born December 15, 1863, in Yugoslavia, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Nick Lodich and had lived in Midvale since 1902.
Surviving are three sons, George Markus Jr., Nick Markus and Mark (sic) Markus, all of Midvale and three daughters, Mrs. Mary (illegible) and Mrs. Mary (sic) Purnell of Salt Lake City, and Mrs. Dennis Arlies of Wahusea, Nev.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 11 a.m. at the C. I. Goff Mortuary, 16 West Center street, Midvale. Burial will be in Midvale Cemetery.
