50th Anniversary to Be Celebrated by Jacob Yetters

Mr. an Mrs. Jacob J. Yetter of Stillman Valley will celebrate their golden wedding anniversary on Tuesday, Sept. 19, by holding open house in the afternoon from 2 to 5 o'clock and the evening from 7 to 9.
Mr. Yetter, fourth son of the late John Yetter, a former Lee county man, is a prominent retired farmer, having served as supervisor of Marion township, Ogle county, for many year. Mrs. Yetter was the former Mary Alice Critchlow, a native of Butler, Pa., and taught school in Lee county before her marriage 50 years ago.
