Harold Matthew DiMaggio, Jr., 71 years old of Robert, Louisiana, passed away, Wednesday, July 16, 2014, at North Oaks Medical Center.
He was born on Saturday, January 16, 1943, in New Orleans.
Mr. DiMaggio served our country in the United States Army and was a two Purple Heart Vietnam Veteran, and retired Pipe Fitter with Plumbers and Steam Fitters Local Union 60.
Surviving are his wife, Carol Lodriguss DiMaggio; five children, Wade Nash (Stacey), Harold DiMaggio, III (Rose), Nancy Nash Laurent (Henry), Deanne DiMaggio Owens, and Daphne Rood Womack (Bob); fourteen grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and brother, Greggory DiMaggio (Vera).
He is preceded in death by his father, Harold Matthew DiMaggio, Sr. and mother, Inez Richard DiMaggio.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
