Joyce A. Thomison, 52, of Peoria died Friday, Oct. 11, 2002, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center.

Born May 10, 1950, in Peoria to Donald and Lela Clinebell Dawson, she married George "Mike" Thomison on Aug. 7, 1970, in Peoria. He survives.

Also surviving are one son, Shane (and Jennifer) of Peoria; one daughter, Amanda Thomison of Peoria; one brother, Robert (and Carol) Dawson of Godfrey; and two sisters, Elinor (and Paul) Rosenak of Valrico, Fla., and Donna (and Jim) Headley of East Peoria.

Burial will be in Swan Lake Memory Gardens.
