Thomas would have been 4 years old in 1900 if he had been born with the date some have claimed for June 13, 1896. In the Edna Allison "Eppes family" book she shows only 1898 so he would have been 2 in 1900 but the book listed few details. He does not appear on the 1900 census with his parents. His death certificate is listing his birth as November 26, 1900 in Tom Green County, Texas on the Skinner Ranch. This birth date would explain why he was not on the 1900 census with his parents and the prior source and claims for the dates of his birth are in error.
