Mr. Fulcher was a native of McBean, GA having made North Augusta his home for the past 55 years. He was a member of the Belvedere United Methodist Church and attended the Belvedere First Baptist Church with his wife throughout the years. Mr. Fulcher was a veteran of six years with the United States Marine Corps where he became a welding instructor and later began his self-employed career as a welder. He was a Master Mason of the John S. Davidson Lodge, Augusta, GA, with a membership of 50 years, a 32nd Degree Scottish Rite Mason and a member of Alee Shrine Temple, Savannah, GA. Mr. Fulcher was also a past member of the Augusta Shriners Motorcycle Unit. He was preceded in death by his wife Joy Dell Fulcher, a brother and four sisters.
