Arthur and Lennie were married at Dimock, Pennsylvania August 29, 1885. The Bell Bible records August 28th. Veterinarian is etched in his headstone. There is a small-unmarked flagstone adjacent to their headstone. He was born the first-born son of Miles and Mary Elizabeth Gilson Bennett. Lennie was the daughter of James Jarvis and Catherine Potter Culver. Children: Male Child who died 1893, Edna who married Alpheus Gramps, Howard Ivan and Craig T.

The family recorded his death at the Bradford County Court house as required on December 6, 1905: The reported that he had passed away August 29, 1905 of diphtheria after a 2 week illness in Tuscarora Township, the same township of which he was born. He was buried in the Clapper Cemetery (Beaver Meadows) August 29, 1905. His father was listed as Arthur E. Bennett.

Death at Silvara: Arthur E. Bennett passed away at home in Silvara about 8:30 Saturday morning January 30, aged 66 years. Death was the result of a Paralytic stroke which the deceased suffered last week. Funeral services were held in the Silvara Church on Monday afternoon with the Reverend T. R. Warnock officiating. Burial was made in the Beaver Meadow Cemetery Undertaker Gregory of town in charge. Besides his widow the deceased is survived by one son Howard Bennett of Spring Hill and one daughter who resides in Wilkes Barre, also one brother Norval Bennett of Clapper Hill. Mr. Bennett was a well known person here, having collected milk for the Bradford County creamery for about twenty years. He ---was also known----clipping ends here

Constable Johnson Wells drove into the barn of Arthur Bennett in Tuscarora on Tuesday evening to avoid a threatening storm. After a short time he decided to drive on and had only nicely gotten out of the building when the wind picked it up, carried it about ten rods and smashed it to pieces. A rather close call.

Constable Johnson Wells of Towanda, had a narrow escape a few days ago. He drove into the barn of Arthur Bennett at Tuscarora to avoid a threatening storm. After remaining a few moments he concluded to drive on, and had just nicely got out of the barn when the wind picked it up, carried it 150 feet and smashed it to pieces.
