Born in Holtville, she was a Yuba-Sutter resident for 65 years.
She was a Realtor for 46 years and a life member of the California Real Estate Association. She was past president of the Women's Council Board of Real Estate.
She was a 30-year member of the Live Oak Church of the Brethren and 25 years with the First United Methodist Church. In addition, she was an ombudsman for the state of California Health Services
Survivors include a son, Philip E. Gaither of Yuba City; a daughter, Christina Condrey of Yuba City; four grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Clarence E. Gaither; and two brothers, Frances Bickett and Galen "Whitey" Bickett.

Services: A graveside service is at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the Sutter Cemetery Gazebo building, 7200 Butte Ave., Sutter. Pastor Lois Black will officiate.
