David Leonard Ballew, 58, of Chatsworth, passed away Saturday, Nov. 17, 2007, at his residence.
Leonard was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Jackson Ballew and Thelma Elizabeth Ballew, and a nephew, Steven Ballew.
Survivors include his sons and daughters-in-law, Randy and Renee Ballew, Mike and Candice Ballew and David Ballew of Chatsworth; grandchildren, Mitchell, Tyler, Brian, Brianna and Bradley Ballew; a brother, J.T. Ballew of Chatsworth; nieces and nephews also survive.
A graveside service will be held Monday, Nov. 19, at 2 p.m. at the Holly Creek Cemetery with the Eton Masonic Lodge 509 F&AM; in charge of graveside rites and providing the pallbearers.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 1 until 9 p.m. and again on Monday from noon until 1:30 p.m.
