Carl Wayne Brown, 79, passed away at his home Friday July 11 2014. He was born on April 15, 1935 the son of the late Howard Montgomery Brown Sr. and Corda Lee Macy Brown. He was a boilermaker by trade and a farmer. He enjoyed golf, fishing, playing cards and being with his family. He was a member of Warsaw Methodist Church. On June 12, 1954 he married Dorothy Boots Brown who survives along with his son Howard Kirby (Cindy) Brown and his daughter Carla Renee (Kenny) Vaughn both of Warsaw. Six grandchildren, Whitney, Jeremy, Clayton, Kaylee, Laney and Kyleigh and one great granddaughter Sophia also survive. He was preceded by a daughter Sandra Kay Petroff and a brother Howard M. Brown Jr. Visitation was held on Monday July 14 from 4 to 8 and the funeral was Tuesday at 2 PM at the Garnett-New-McDonald Funeral Home in Warsaw. Burial was in the Warsaw Cemetery and Memorials may be made to the Warsaw Methodist Building Fund.
