The Obituary for Harry Merrell Barr Harry M. Barr, 65, a retired streetcar motorman, died of a heart attack at 1:45 at the home of his neice Mrs.Cody Hallenbough, at rd 1, Richmond, Ohio. Mr. Barr had been employed as motorman for the Ohio Valley Traction Company for thirty years. he was a member of the First Christian Church in Steubenville, Ohio. Born in Mooretown, Ohio on October 22, 1885, he was the son of the late John H.C. Barr and Valerie Vienna Lowmiller Barr. He is survived by a brother, Robert of Baltimore, Md, a sister Mrs Charles Keys (Mabel) of Toledo, Ohio, and several nieces and nephews.His widow, Mrs Carrie May Coss Barr preceded him in death July 23, 1948.A brother(Oscar) and sister(Susie) also proceeded him . Friends may call at the Burford Funeral Home after 3 pm.Friday. Services by Rev. Theodore Cord Monday at 2 pm. at the funeral home. Burial in Union Cemetery.
