ALONZO PRICE
Alonzo Price, 76, 1037 Paul avenue, a resident of the Petersburg section for seventy years, died in his home late Thursday night. For a number of years he was a painter and paper hanging contractor. He was a native of Boston, Mass., and a member of St. Mark's Episcopal church, Dunmore.
Surviving are five daughters: Mrs. John Robertson, Mrs Wynne Merring, Mrs. Ray Upright, Mrs. Frank Major and Mrs. Jacob Miller; also three sons, Louis, Joseph and Paul, all of Scranton.
The funeral will be held in the late home at 2 o'clock on Monday afternoon with the Rev. J. Lyon Hatfield, rector of St. Mark's church, officiating. Interment, Dunmore cemetery.
