MRS. LOUISE PRICE DIES AT RESIDENCE
Life Long Resident Of Petersburg Section And Active Fraternally
Mrs. Louise Caroline Price, 71, wife of Alonzo P. Price, died at 7:30 o'clock last night at the family residence, 1031 Paul avenue, following an illness of one week's duration. The funeral will take place Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock with services at the home in charge of Rev. Hatfield, of St. Mark's Episcopal Church. Interment in Dunmore Cemetery.
Mrs. Price was born in this city and had resided in the Petersburg section her entire lifetime. She was well known throughout the valley and active in St. Mark's Church.
Mrs. Price was also connected with Daughters of America, Past Councilors Association, D. of A., and the Queen Esther Circle. Surviving her besides her husband are five daughters: Mrs. John Robertson, of Dunmore, Mrs. Louis Byers, Mrs. Ray Upright, Mrs. Frank Major and Mrs. Jacob Miller, all of this city, and three sons, Louis, Joseph and Paul Price. Twenty-eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild also survive.
