BELFAST – Paul R. Maybee of 92 Sherman Street, died Wednesday, May 9, 1973, at his home.
Born January 8, 1909, at Friendship, he was the son of William and Una Maybee. He was married at Belmont in 1963 to the former Patricia McCoy who survives. Mr. Maybee had resided in Friendship until moving to Belfast in 1969.
Mr. Maybee was a retired dairy farmer.
Surviving, in addition to his widow, are his mother, of Belfast; a sister, Mrs. Arthur (Katherine) Lehman of Belfast; a brother, Guy Maybee of Olean; and two nieces.
Funeral and committal service were held Friday, May 11, 1973 at the Davis Funeral Home, Friendship with the Rev. Harmon Dickinson, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Friendship, officiating. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery, Belfast.
