Palmer and Melvin and Dale Butterfield, Centralia, and Wayne Butterfield, South Bend; three stepdaughters, Mrs. Merle Haselwood, and Mrs. Leta Huber, Centralia, and Mrs. Helen Salisbury, Seattle.
