Loving son, brother, father and uncle passed at home on July 9, 2014. Joe, as he was known by all, joined his father, Leroy Brammer Sr., his mother Virginia Pannett, his step father, Robert Pannett, his sister Barbara Chandler and his grandson Robbie Brammer. He is survived by his sons Joshua (Stacy) Salter, of Hayward, CA, Joey Kelly of Clovis, CA, Andrew Brammer, Jason Brammer, Josh Brammer, Robert (Renna) Brammer, George Brammer, and Mathew (Kristen) Brammer, his daughters, Virginia Brammer, Elizabeth Brammer, Christina Brammer, RayLynn Brammer all of Glendive, MO. and Victorya Brammer of Fresno, CA. He is also survived by his brothers, Leroy Brammer of Bakersfield, CA, Michael Brammer and Thomas Brammer of Fremont, CA, his sisters Virginia (Bob) Sears, of Albany OR. and Donna Keswick of Tehachapi, Ca. And 13 grandchildren. Most of his time he spent his time working as a roofer to support those he loved. Due to his health he had to give that up. He will be missed dearly by all.

Joe was married once, but had three Lady loves in his life. The first is Joan Salter the mother of his first born Joshua Salter. The second is Linda McMartin, the mother of his next 11 children. The third and last is Laura Saldivar, the mother of his youngest daughter Victorya Rose.
