Patrick Anderson, age 60, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Monday, June 4, 2012 at his residence.

Patrick was born the son of John and Mary (Johnson) Anderson on December 21, 1951 in Chillicothe, Missouri. He was a 1969 graduate of St. Joseph Academy. On May 19, 1989 he was united in marriage to Patricia Dochwat in Madison County, Illinois. Patrick spent all of his life in Chillicothe, Missouri. He was the co-owner and operator of Anderson TBA of Chillicothe, Missouri for 36 years.

He served in active duty in the U.S. Army from 1971 until 1972. He was in the Army Reserve until 1977. He was a member of the St. Columban's Catholic Church of Chillicothe, Missouri. He also was a member of the Chillicothe Elks Lodge 656, National Elk Federation, an active elk hunter, and he loved hunting and fishing in Alaska.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia Anderson; his mother, Mary Anderson; one brother, Mike Anderson and wife Carol of Chillicothe, Missouri; sister-in-law, Dr. Dolores Cantrell, MD and husband Gary Cantrell, PHD of Troy, Illinois; an additional two sisters-in-law and three brothers-in-law; Goddaughters, Kate Erin Cantrell, Brandie Marie Cantrell and Tracy Leigh Cantrell of Troy, Illinois; nephew, Greg Anderson of Chillicothe, Missouri; niece, Leslie Minnis and husband Cory of Chillicothe, Missouri; several other nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, John C. Anderson.

There will be a parish rosary on Wednesday, June 6, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe with a eulogy and family visitation to follow.
