Mary V. Owens, 87, of 933 17th St., Rock Island, died Sunday at Moline Lutheran Hospital.
Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Hodgson Funeral Home. Burial will be in Rock Island Memorial Park.
Visitation is 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. today.
Memorials may be made to Bethesday Assembly of God, Moline.
Mrs. Owens was employed by J.I. Case Co., Rock Island during World War II, and owned and operated a rooming house in Rock Island for many years.
Mary V. Morgan married Leslie M. Owens in 1914 in Ottumwa, Iowa. He died in 1935.
She was a member of Bethesday Assembly of God.
Survivors include a daughter, Vera Wahlheim, Rock Island; sons, Leslie E., Rock Island, and Mark Clifford, Galesburg, Ill.; a grandson, Dennis M. Wahlheim, Rock Island; a great-grandchild, and a brother, Mark Morgan, Mount Prospect, Ill.
Her father and mother (Alice Knox Morgan) were divorced in 1905. They were married March 18, 1883 in Wapello, Iowa.
