Carl E. (Gene) Schnepp, 39, of
Lafayette died about midnight
last night at St. Elizabeth
Hospital in Lafayette. He had
been in ill health for the last six
weeks.
Born near Americus, he was
the son of Laura Schnepp of
Battle Ground and the late Carl
Schnepp.
He was employed at a
Lafayette restaurant.
He was married in 1955 to
Marilyn Julian of Delphi, who
survives. Also surviving are
three children, Mrs. Steve (Wendy) Doss
of Buck Creek and Cindy and
Denny at home; two brothers,
George and Bob of Battle
Ground, and three sisters, Freida
Fountain of Battle Ground, Mary
Willetts of Indianapolis and
Marjorie Rogers of Wisconsin
Services are pending at Hippensteel
Funeral Home at
Lafayette.
