Clebern T. Windham, a retired ammunition laborer, died Monday at a Fort Worth hospital. He was 83.

Graveside service will be at 4 p.m. today in Mount Olivet Cemetery.

Mount Olivet Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Windham was a native Texan.He was an Army veteran of World War II.

Survivors: Two stepdaughters, Juanita James and Fern Kucera, both of Newkirk, Okla.; and sister, Elda Green of Utah.
