SAN ANGELO -- Monroe F. Venable, 88, of San Angelo, a retired insurance agent, died Monday, Feb. 2, 1998, at a local hospital.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m Thursday at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens with the Rev. J. Earl Dunn officiating. Arrangements by Johnson's Funeral Home.
He was born in Mills County and had been a San Angelo resident since 1942. He was Baptist.
SURIVIVORS: Son, Morgan Darrell Venable of Odessa; daughters, Joyce Marlene Piel of Ballinger, Mona Rea Milller of Mereta; nine grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
