Eddie was born Oct 19th, 1979 to his mother, Carol R. Meehan in Philadelphia, Pa. He was the first born of 3 children. Eddie grew up right outside of the Chestnut Hill section of Philadelphia and had attended the Springfield Township Schools. Eddie had a love for cars and worked at
Fisher's Mobil Station. Eddie also was a firefighter at Wyndmoor Hose Co, an E.M.T. and a LCpl in the United States Marine Corp. On July 11th, 2003, while with friends from his platoon, Eddie was involved in a motorcycle accident. Eddie passed away from his injuries July 12th, 2003 at St. Mary's Medical Center. He left behind his mother, Carol R. Meehan, his sister Ruth C. Meehan, his brother Daniel A. Meehan, his loving and faithful friend Jen McCurdy and a host of loving Aunts, Uncles, cousins, and friends.
