She was born to Issac Tichenor Olmsted (1812-97) and Esther Bulkley Willard (1814-69) of Sheldon, Franklin, VT. She was first married on 24 Nov 1863 at Fairfield, VT to Levi Meader Esq. (1837-1868) and moved to Vergennes, VT where he died in 1868. He may have been the author of the Levi Meader Papers (1856-68). They had an infant named Willie who lived for a few days in Mar of 1866. She came back to Fairfield, VT after Meader's death and on 13 Aug 1879, she married Charles Burrill of Boston, MA.

CONCORD: Mrs. Anna H. Burrill, widow of Charles Burrill and the fourth president of the Concord Massachusetts Woman's Club, died here today, in her home, in Monument square, in her 81st year, following an illness covering a period of about a year and a half. Mrs. Burrill was born in Fairfield, Vt., 80 years ago. During her early life she was active in the Woman's Club, and she served as president from 1902 to 1904. She was a member of the Concord First Unitarian Church, and the funeral will be held there Monday afternoon at 1 o'clock, with burial in the family lot in Sleepy Hollow Cemetery. Mrs. Burrill's nearest  relatives are nephews.
