Goularte, Daniel D.

Daniel D. Goulart, who was born in Newark, died at Trinity Hospital in Weaverville Thursday, March 14, 2002. He was 71.
Mr. Goulart was born on Jan 17, 1931 in Newark. He worked as a Newark school administrator before leaving in 1974 to become superintendent of school for the Southern Trinity Joint Unified School District.
He is survived by his wife, Ginny Goulart; sons, Daniel Goulart of Union City, Mark Goulart of San Ramon, Chris Goulart of Fremont; stepsons, Lance Vogel and Trevor Vogel, both of Weed; two sisters, four brothers, 13 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Mass will be celebrated at 7 p.m., Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 43148 Mission Blvd, Fremont.
Contributions can be made to trinity Convalescent Hospital, P.O. Box 1229, Weaverville 96093.
