Patty Jean Milbrandt, age 83, of Springfield, MO, passed away Friday, June 27, 2014 at Ozark Riverview Manor. She was born December 4, 1930, in Springfield, MO, to Fay and Bernice (Hall) Comstock. Patty loved crocheting, attending Church Craft Bazars and flea markets, and reading, she will be remembered as an excellent cook, she will always be remembered for her Chicken and Dumplings, Lemon Meringue Pie, and her Corn beef and Cabbage.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Fay and Bernice Louise Comstock; her husband Arnold Otto Milbrandt; one son, David Leroy Bailey; one grandson, Dante Washington; one brother, Bobby Fay Comstock; and her step-mother, Alpha Comstock. She is survived by five children, Charles Bailey of Sparta, TN, Beverly Sue Marlin and husband Rodney of Klamath Falls OR, Marilyn Diane Romero and husband Victor of Eureka, CA, Lori Medeiros and husband Antero of San Jose, CA; and Elizabeth Washington and husband Eric of Republic, MO; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
