Addington - C. D. "PAT" WEBB, 74, of Addington, passed from this life Thursday, January 26, 2006, in Waurika.
Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in Addington Baptist Church with the Rev. Aaron Summers officiating. Burial will be under direction of Dudley Funeral Home in Waurika.
Pat was born July 26, 1931, in Addington, to Roy O. and Ina A. Webb. He worked for Sun Oil Co. and Tosco Refinery. He later worked for E&W Construction.
He and Pat Sisk Sumner were married April 26, 1997, in Marlow.
Pat was the mayor of Addington. He was a member of Comanche Masonic Lodge No. 41, a board member of the Association of South Central Oklahoma Governments, a member of the Volunteer Fire Department, a Comanche School Board member, and a member of Addington Baptist Church. He wrote the grant for the Addington Community Center and then helped build it.
Survivors include his wife, Pat of the home; three daughters and sons-in-laws, Dawn and Kent Hoskins of Linden, Texas, Kelly and Craig Ellis of Comanche, and Pattie and Harold Kaspereit of Duncan; a step-daughter and son-in-law, Melisa and James Pass of Ryan; two stepsons and a daughter-in-law, Zack Sumner of Addington, and Jeremy and Tammy Sumner of Durant; four sisters, Jean Snyder, Mary Glenn, Ella Friend and Janie Richardson, all of Addington; two brothers, Blackie Webb of Addington, and Jerry Webb of Sugar Land, Texas; the mother of his children, Sandra Webb of Addington; 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and a sister, Sue Loyd.
