Death of Aged Lady.
Mrs. Jane Stevens(sic), one of the oldest women in Mt Savage, and perhaps in Allegany county, died Thursday evening at 6:30 o'clock at the home of her daughter, Mrs. P.J. Gallagher. Mrs. Stevens was in good hearth and eat her supper as usual, but shortly after she was noticed with her head drooping and before ten minutes she was dead. Mrs. Stevens was 98 years age, and was a resident of Mt. Savage for 82 years, having come here when she was 16 years of age. She is survived by three daughters and one son: Mrs. P. J. Gallagher, Mrs Patrick O'Connor, Mrs. Snyder and James Stevenson, and twenty grand-children and eleven great grand children. Funeral Saturday at 8:80 at from St. Patrick's church.
