Funeral services for Bernice Hartfiel, 75, of Needville will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 5, 2004 at Immanuel United Church of Christ Church, 9018 Church Street in Needville. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Rosenberg. Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 4, 2004 in the Davis Chapel, 9302 Church Street, Needville.
Bernice was born Jan. 27, 1929 in Richmond, to the late Robert and Elise (Buehring) Roehe. She passed away Nov. 1, 2004 in Needville, with her loving family by her side.
She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Roy of Needville; son Darrel Wayne Hartfiel and wife Carrie, of Needville; grandchildren Dustin Hartfiel of Needville, Kristin Hartfiel of England; sister Esther Mae Carothers of Needville; numerous other loving relatives and friends.
