A requiem mass was said Saturday at St. Joseph's Church for Peter J. Didas, 93, of Ward Ave. Livonia, who died in the Avon Nursing horn-Wednesday, Dec. 30, 1964. Arrangements were by the Brown Funeral Home, Livonia with burial in St. Michael's Cemetery.
Mr. Didas was born in Wayland June 6, 1869. He worked in the area as a well driller until 1935. A patient at the nursing home for the past six weeks, he resided previously with his son Joseph of Livonia.
Surviving are two sons, Joseph of Livonia and William of Indianapolis. Ind.; two grandchildren, one brother, Nicholas of Wayland; several nieces and nephews.
